Aiming at improvement of cash settlements, the NBU Board of Directors has amended the Regulation on Performing Cash Transactions in the National Currency in Ukraine approved by Resolution of the NBU Board of Directors No. 637 of December 15, 2004.
The following forms have been approved in the new edition:
income cash order;
expenditure cash order;
logbook for cash orders;
logbook for cash orders (maintained at administration’s discretion);
cash book;
journal for recording funds issued and accepted by the chief cashier.
Besides, a new form of cash record has been formed called “Cash disbursement list”. This form will be applied for issuing salaries and other payments (instead of payroll journals and registers).
Receipts of self-service software and hardware systems have been recognized as cash documents.
Resolution NBU Board of Directors No. 252 became effective on June 16, 2009.
